Cotton Gold cooking oil
Salt (pinch)
Pepper (pinch)
2 Garlic cloves (crushed)
Lamb Rib Chops (250g)
Directions
- Make sure the meat is room tempreture before cooking
- Get the pan hot with Cotton Gold cooking oil, (medium to high heat). The first thing to do is to place the chops, fat side down using your tongs on each end to keep it upright. Give it a minute, this should be enough to crisp up the fat. Roughly fry each side of the chops for 4 minutes – or the way you prefer. I like my chops medium o well – definitely not well done.
